Felipe Garcia had the honour of joining the choreography team for the Opening Ceremony of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ in Toronto, alongside Lead Choreographer Alex Francoeur.
As part of this world-class production by Balich Wonder Studio, Felipe contributed to the creation and staging of a spectacular show featuring hundreds of dancers and performers, working alongside internationally acclaimed artists including Michael Bublé, Alanis Morissette, Norah Fatehi, Jessie Reyez, Elyanna, Alessia Cara, Vegedream, and Sanjoy.
This unique experience marks another milestone in his artistic journey, combining dance, choreography, and creative direction at the heart of one of the world's largest sporting and cultural events.

The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir is a French film directed by Ken Scott, released in 2018. It is an adaptation of the novel The Extraordinary Journey of the Fakir Who Got Trapped in an IKEA Wardrobe by Romain Puértolas. The film was shot in India, Brussels, Paris, and Rome.
Ajatashatru is a fakir. One day, he leaves Mumbai for France. There, he quickly meets an American woman and falls in love with her. However, Ajatashatru is accidentally deported along with African migrants. Sent across Europe, he tries to find the woman he loves.
